Looks like they were made by one of the better more exclusive bespoke London tailors, only two loose cloth patches detailing purchaser and sizes.

Trousers with fish tail, brace buttons, button fly , inside lined and long traditional rise.

Trousers with special shaped cavalry riding hem.

Waistcoat, double breasted , Ivory viscose lining, special belt detail.

Would cost made to measure bespoke for this quality and with the extra detailing, £400 plus for the trousers and £300 plus for the waistcoat. This is a £700 to £800 set.
