Rare early London bespoke tailored 3 piece suit made for a Colonel. Looks early to me, circa 1900's to 1930's. Rare to find an early vintage suit of this type. In better condition I have sold these at upwards of £500. F Astones & Sons, Norwich, GT Yarmouth & 30 Cork St London. Coln G Portal.
Condition:
Good points are that buttons are generally original, button holes are good and no major tears. The wear on the cuffs and pockets could be tailored.
The suit is well worn some damage and soiling.
The jacket has some possible sun shading, it is lighter than the waistcoat. May be better once cleaned.
However, Dry cleaning and some tailoring could produce a rare quality item.
